I contacted Brian about a property he had listed, although it was under contract, his speedy reply to my questions immediately let me know that he was an agent i wanted to deal with.
Brian was superb throughout the entire process. He would scrutinize disclosure statements for areas of concern prior to showing me homes, and arrive 15-30 minutes prior to my arrival so that he could look the property over for anything that may not have been listed. Also, as my family was still residing out of state, Brian took video of each property so that my wife could view them. Additionally, when we made the offer on our home, Brian's experience was instrumental in obtaining it for our desired price.
I truly cannot say enough good things about Brian, he is an excellent agent and I'd recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
