Chelsea Griffith is a REALTOR® and Broker Associate with CENTURY 21 ClearView Realty. She is proud to call the Black Hills home, and loves helping people find a place they’re excited to call their own. Chelsea also works as a nurse in home health and hospice. That experience taught her how important it is to truly listen, communicate clearly, advocate for others, and pay attention to the details—qualities she now brings into every real estate transaction. Buying or selling a home can feel like a lot to navigate. Her goal is to make the process feel less overwhelming and more manageable from start to finish. Chelsea believes real estate is about more than a transaction. It’s about getting to know her clients, understanding what matters to them, and helping them find a home that fits their life. She genuinely enjoys the process of searching, problem-solving, negotiating, and working through the details to help her clients reach the finish line feeling confident about their decision. When Chelsea is not working, you’ll usually find her spending time outdoors with her family and friends. She loves hiking, camping, and discovering new trails and campsites. There’s something she really enjoys about the adventure of finding a new place—and that’s part of what drew her to real estate. Most importantly, Chelsea is a wife and mom, so she understands that Home is about much more than four walls.
