Gary was a solid professional, with extensive knowledge of the area, and valuations. Since I only had a short time to locate a property, Gary worked hard to get me into as many properties as possible.
Shortly before I had to leave, we were able to locate a property we wanted to purchase. While I needed to get back to California, Gary handled all the needed details. Gary also needed to be at the closing to secure the keys, and provide a way for people needing access our newly purchased property to have access.
Due to not being from the area, it was vital that we have a real professional working with us. We are very please with all he did for us. It was also a pleasure to get to know him personally as well.
