I thanked her but told her that I was 'sticking with' my realtor because she was the one who helped me buy my place and was forever patient with answering numerous questions and giving advice over the 4 years I lived there. I totally trust and respect her. She deserves every bit of her commission. Sondra is not only my realtor but has become a dear friend.
