Wow! What to say about Shellin. From the moment we first talked all the way to closing Shellin truly was on our team. My wife and I were hit with a notice to vacate our rental because the owner was selling, so timinig was critical. Almost immediately homes that met our requirements were submitted to us to review. Shellin was constantly keeping us updated and informed of houses that hit the market and buying/negotiating startegies. We found our home and Shellin fought for every penny towards closing costs and concessions.
We could not be more happy, or expect a better experience with any other realtor. We would more than recommend Shellin to any one looking for a home in the DFW area. She felt more like a friend than a realtor.
