Robert Bown is an excellent agent whose background and personality reveal his interest in satisfying the client. He has a good sense of humor, is conscientious, and, most of all, he is accessible. Throughout my time with him, he explained terms and procedures very clearly and in simply language so that the client can understand what will happen. He always had answers to the many questions a seller has, and he anticipates the questions which a client will have at closing. Therefore, I feel very fortunate to have worked with someone whose training is so very extensive. I will definitely use him again for any activity in the area of real estate.
