Jean enjoys spending her free time making gifts for friends and clients. She does paintings, seasonal wreaths and Christmas balls from pheasant feathers which are just a few of her projects. She also manages her own rental properties and has a great background in helping others lease their properties.<br><br>Jean was born and raised in South Dakota. She attended South Dakota State where she earned a degree in Home Economics Education. She married Layne Windedahl who was in the Air Force as a pilot. After fifteen years in the Air Force traveling around to several locations in the US as well as four and half years in Germany, we came to the Dallas area where he started working for Southland Corporation. Jean started working as a substitute teach in the area. During the summer she saw an add for training to be a Real Estate Agent. After Buying and Selling several homes it was always an interest that she enjoyed, she started taking classes in Real Estate Classes. She got her license in 1980 and joined ERA PJ Real Estate. She was Top Rookie of the year when interest rates where at 18% going to 21%. She joined several other ERA offices in the area of Lewisville until she and her husband bought ERA All American Real Estate in 1987. After running a successful Real Estate business and property management business they sold the the Companies to Century 21 Judge Fite Company just before 9/11 in 2001. She has been an agent with the company since 2001. Over the years she has been a Broker/Associate receiving many awards for her work ethics: Million Dollar Producer, Quality Service, Quality Service Pinnacle and Agent's Agents award. It is Jean's goal to perform all the skills necessary to give the clients top notch service.
