Jack and Vernell Moncure, Sun City Georgetown
Angie was always there when we had questions, In the beginning we put our house on the market in November. After Thanksgiving when it had not sold and we had very few people look at our house, she suggested the market was down and we take it off the market until the first of March. We followed her advice and our house sold about 10 days later in March. She helped us also to find our new home in Sun City and we were able to buy the model we loved from the beginning. Friends from Austin have been coming to visit to see our new home and Sun City. Also a lot of our family lives in Georgetown and my sister lives in Sun City. Everyone tells us how pretty our new home is, and we like it very much also. Jack has taken over the flex room for his computer use and I have taken over the smaller bedroom for my computer and sewing machine where I'm into crafts. We are very happy customers
