While my wife and I were looking at homes/rentals on our own, we saw a sign posted for a house and decided to call for some help, being that the market is difficult in the Midland/Odessa area. Tina Powell answered and we found out that that particular home was not for show, but she immediately met with us and had a list of rentals for viewing.
As we proceeded to view each place, Tina gave my wife and I insight on the area, best areas based on our preferences, plus commodity in location proximity to stores, restaurants, etc...
The best is that when we visited the last home for rent, we noticed there was a FOR SALE sign on the yard. So we requested Tina to check that out for us and see if it indeed was available for sale/price and the rest is history.
Tina's attributes came out to shine, now as our buying agent, she took care of everything by setting us up immediately with a mortgage broker/lender by utilizing her connections (we sat in front of Nikki in 10 minutes) and we started setting up the terms.
Tina was wonderful dealing with the sellers and the seller's agent, by wonderful I mean she took care of us entirely. This deal was going south due to the poor handling on the seller's side, but Tina fixed everything, got us the price we wanted, ensured all "services paid by seller" were taken care of, met us for the walk through, took care of us by having the seller's agent fix some new issues that occurred before I had moved in. The list went on and on, and Tina killed it. She indeed was an agent, wish I had her in my 2 other home purchases back in California where I feel my wife and I did most of the work.
Tina indeed was an agent to the extent of the word, worked fast, and delivered from A to Z. I actually had not one request left for her, she took care of everything. Great asset to your team and I would definitely work with her again ONLY, of course when I move or sell this property. 100% pleased with her work.
