Ann handled all aspects of this unusual sale. The house was owned by a family trust in the name of my deceased wife. Therefore, all matters had to be handled by two co-trustees of the house. Neither trustee lived in the area. Once the house was placed on the market all communication was by phone, text messages, or email. Ann did extraordinarily well.
