We relocated from the Northeast and weren't familiar with the area, but knew what we wanted in a house and the school system for our kids. Michael Russell did an excellent job setting up the filters so that we were only shown houses that matched our criteria and readily modified the filters as our interests narrowed. He showed us all our houses in the limited window we had when we flew down to house hunt. Michael was very efficient in submitting our offer and quickly negotiated to come to an agreement and was even able to squeeze in the home inspection during the trip. He is a great asset and has lots of contacts to help out setting up your home past closing....
