Went in to this transaction kinda blind but, Joanna was very knowledgeable about the area and the property as well as very personable. Additionally, she was the agent handling the sale so it was logical to start with contacting her/her contacting us and going from there. Given the number of moving pieces that needed to fall into place before the sale could be completed, it was good to know this wasn't her first experience with the steps we were taking. She helped us and seller know what the realistic timelines were and since everyone was willing to work together, there was no surprises, needles back and forth's and everything fell into place. Excellent work....
