Phill, was a great advocate for us. We were put under a lot of stress because of our distance from the property, and our jobs. We looked at alot of properties in a short time window. Than because of COVID we were no longer able to look. We live in Wyoming and were moving to Utah. Phill did virtual tour for us met with our family and showed them the home when we could not.
Than when the person we purchased the home from tried to back out Phill communicated very well and we were able to move thru it. Phill went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.
