We knew of Nick for a while due to his professional relationship with a family member, and he had helped us out with two spontaneous offers/showings in the past. However, this was the first time we were working with him as serious home shoppers.
My wife and I couldn't say enough nice things about Nick. We absolutely loved working with him and would do it again in a heartbeat. The first thing that jumps out about Nick is his gregariousness, as he is just so pleasant to be around. The days we spent driving around with him looking at multiple houses were always treats.
