Audrey was referred to me by a trusted friend. I needed to sell my mother's house immediately and needed to understand the different paths that I could take to make it happen. Audrey was very patient and always took the time to explain things in context and that allowed me to make fast and clear decisions on what risks I should take and the goals that I wanted to achieve. We sold the house for 10k over asking price. This was about 70k over what I may have gotten if I'd sold the house as is.

Audrey knee our home buying needs and was attentive to all the details we had mentioned. She worked late into the night to put together offers for homes since she knew the market and that waiting until the morning may mean the house would be gone. We were beat out by a few offers, but her dedication to helping us find a home to start our family never dulled. She helped my mom with her home buying needs and us with a rental previous to this and have sufficient experience working with her to highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.
