I am a licensed broker, have been in the commercial real estate industry my entire career and my father was a home builder. Based on my experience with Dawn Tollus, I now have a whole new level of respect and appreciation for the value of excellent customer service and residential expertise. She is patient, has expert experience and is an advocate for her client. Although I negotiate "real estate deals" on a daily basis, I would not sell or buy a house in Loudoun County without Dawn Tollus.
