When I first started this home buying process, I was convinced that it was nearly impossible. Phil Black made it possible. Phil navigated me through this enduring process with many obstacles along the way, including a cancel of contract. Due to military obligations, I was away for over a month & Phil continually worked day in and day out to view homes on my behalf. If there were any question as to specifics of the house, Phil had the answer which came not always from the listing but from his own superior experience as a realtor.
That aside, Phil expertise wasn't the highlight of having him as my realtor. Phil is one of the most charismatic and empathetic person I know. Under Phil's direction, I never felt unsafe with any decision that was made during the home buying process. Phil always had the best interest in me as his client. Couldn't say thank you enough!
