We had an extraordinary experience selling our house through Cindy Wrenn. She was diligent, efficient, flexible, competent, and courteous. She was also even-keeled, helping to calm us through the anxiety of selling a house. We interviewed 8 realtors; Cindy came prepared from the start, having researched our neighborhood and recent sales. She had a good sense of how to price our house and how long it would take to sell. Her outreach strategy seemed sound, and included a glossy brochure, interior and exterior photos (including drone and night photos), two open houses, and helpful staging tips. She was very easy to talk to, friendly, and always quick to respond. We actually ENJOYED interacting with her (we hadn't anticipated that working with a realtor might be fun). Cindy turned out to be a great choice. We ended up with a contract for the full asking price approximately 2 weeks after the house went on the market. We give Cindy our highest, unqualified recommendation.
