Hi! I'm Deb Mullan and I have deep roots in the northern Virginia area. I grew up in Greece and Hong Kong, attended Yorktown HS in Arlington and graduated from George Washington University. My broad background includes employment on Capitol Hill, Department of HHS, and 30+ years in mortgage banking and real estate combined. I am both a Certified Master Gardener and Gardener Volunteer with Fairfax County. Although I should have been a farmer, I chose real estate as my profession! Deb kept me calm even though we had a major issue with Septic inspection. If not for Deb I think the contract would have been rescinded. It was as important to her as to me, that the dealings were honest and fair and that everyone came out happy in the end. That is exactly how the sale, closing and move concluded - happily.

Mrs. Debby is just the best because she has lots of years of experience and know what to do in any circumstances, she will even get her hands dirty sometimes when cleaning dirty spots in the house such as a dirty floor, a window or countertop that probably collected a little bit of dust, etc.. there was a time when I though it was about time to lower the price of the house so we could sell it since I was worried about Hollidays coming up and loan rates going up but she said nooo!!! the price is right and I know it will sell and lets just wait.. and we did so and house sold at a right price..
she knows. I highly recommend her.. she stood on top of everything, contractors, home inspections, she was even meeting contractors over the weekends and evenings so things could get fixed.
