Well, to be honest, my real estate career started in a strange way. I was just leaving a management position at a major national company and was looking around for something to do. Commonly known as "What's Next". A friend of mine at work suggested I look up one of those online real estate courses. That's exactly what I did, and right from the start, I fell in love with real estate investing and real estate as a career. So I started investing per the course while I studied for my real estate
