Very appreciative of Jim's professionalism, knowledge and his general approachable (ness)...he was able to grasp the circumstances of the transaction and resulted in completing the transaction exactly as I (we) wished for and expected. I (my wife/brother) were treated with excellent understanding, a positive way to approach issues, and respect by not only Jim, but his office. My one area of critique and maybe a blind spot by the legal rep, but the dealings were less than the professionalism accorded by Jim and staff. The work was done properly/correctly by the legal rep, but the courtesy and general approachability was less than the standard that Jim and staff afforded. Jim was the absolute best realtor I have ever worked with. Jim was outstanding at focusing on our list of requirements as we searched for a new place. He put together a list of properties for the one day we could visit the area, each was carefully selected and ordered so that we could visit each with enough time to properly view each property. Once we had settled on an area and put in an offer on our first choice. That offer fell through but Jim was as invested in getting it as we were. We fell back to our second choice and again Jim was heavily invested in our needs and interests. The second choice ended up a FAR better choice and along the process Jim was there to be our remote eyes and ears, meeting with inspectors and taking pictures. We was just outstanding!
