Jeanne Cooper is the person that found our house we bought originally before we sold it later for a job relocation. I went with her for a second time because she is personable and resourceful! She saved me from myself and bad decisions multiple times during our sale and because of her patience we wound up selling really well for a great price and I'm doing good where I moved currently because of it.
Jeanne also saved the house sale by knowing what to do for repairs, and having connections with good people, she found a handyman I needed for repairs when local chains were taking 4-7 weeks turnover time. She managed invoices and movers for me when I was dealing with other issues during the relocation as well. At times I felt like I had a executive assistance, or power of attorney in my corner. She is like family and I can't recommend her enough.
