Eva took this project on, even though it was going to be a very difficult process. We had to evict the tenant. She was willing to go meet with the tenant a couple of times to see if we could resolve some issues. She went over and above what a real estate agent should have to do. She was also instrumental in recommending an attorney for the eviction. She was also very helpful in recommending repair man and painters that she has worked with before that are very good. Do their jobs well and don't overcharge the customer. She was excellent to work with and very good at communicating problems and issues that came up that we could deal with at the time. She went out of her way had two open houses and was able to go to the property a number of times to make sure everything was going well. I had two meetings with her. One 6 months into the process and still hadn't gotten the tenant evicted. Then again before we started the repair process. She made herself available when I was able to come
