My wife had worked with Angie Matthews previously so when we dropped by the local ReMax office [her former employer] we found that Angie had moved to C21. Since we preferred to work with Angie, we also moved on to C21. Angie was in frequent communication with us through the whole process answering questions, providing information and helping with our requests. She was very responsive when we requested access to the site for various reasons and was always professional.
I don't remember if she did any type of 'comparables comparison' for the house to determine if the asking price was reasonable but, we considered the price to be 'in the ballpark' and she did provide feedback on what we should ask for a discount. I would absolutely work with Angie again if were looking to sell/buy.
