This guy knows his business, is extremely professional and had his hands full with two people who were very tired of house hunting! The entire transaction was done via technology. I was unable to actually be in the area to view the home. Jim arranged a FaceTime when the open house occurred. I had seen a model home and was very comfortable with the situation. Jim's rep from his office, Erin actually went through the home with me on her phone and pointed out things of interest to me. She was able to be my eyes on the ground as Jim happened to be out of town that weekend. His response time to my 'DO' actions was immediate!
Jim was referred to me by my son, who had dealings with him regarding other real estate inquiries. It was because of his interactions with my son that I decided to use Jim. He will be the one we use in the future.
Jim struck me as a Home Town Fellow when I came into town to meet with him for the first time. He was patient with me and my needs/
