Kelly and the Century 21 team were very pleasant to work with. They made it simplistic for a 1st time home buyer. The Century 21 platform makes it really easy to sort through new houses that come on the market. When I wanted to see a house, she was always on top of getting a showing time that worked around me. It was very easy to communicate with her using both email and phone, with timely answers. She was very knowledgeable on the current market and area as well. Which helps out a lot. Like I stated before, overall a very great experience.
