Stephanie helped us with purchasing a new house, as well as selling our old house. I'd recommend her to anyone, as she was phenomenal to work with. I always had the feeling that Stephanie "had our back" during the process.
The house we purchased was a bit unique, as there was a relocation company involved (by the seller), as well as issues with the home inspection and an easement. Throughout all of it, Stephanie was very thorough, and made sure all aspects were in order prior to finalizing our offer.
