As your agent I help keep the balance, weighing the pros and cons. Buying is not as much a Selection process, as an Elimination process. Two: Selling Real estate, especially a personal or family home, can be a crazy nightmare, or a pleasant and financial reward to the work you have put into a property that may no longer fit your needs. Either way, you need to be prepared, for what the market is doing, has done in the past and how it seems to be going in the immediate future. I help you make choices by giving you the education and local information available to get the highest potential, in the least amount of time, all depending on your goals. Honesty and Integrity are extremely important to me, and I think one of my best (and worst) attributes is that I am opinionated, so you hear what I am thinking...if it smells bad, is too cluttered, or looks amazing- you will get my opinion, which is personal and professional as I have owned several homes in several areas. If there is a negative, I prefer it is addressed right away so that we get to the full potential - either as a listing or as a purchase. Many of my customers have heard this - "You can fix ugly"!
