Kimberly Kudick was a realtor we found online before relocating to this area. We bought our first condo from her, and she was incredibly helpful. 4 years later, when looking to move into a home, she helped up relocate to another new area and find an amazing property, had extensive knowledge, and then helped us sell our original condo. We were extremely pleased with her diligence, honesty, and opinions throughout the process. She would be first to admit if a home appeared to have issues so none of us would waste our time, and was not in it just for a quick sale---she wanted us to find what was good quality, fit our needs, and would be a good value.
