Our Story: Built on Service, Integrity, and Family
CENTURY 21 Rocket City is led by husband-and-wife team Shawn and Misty Guzman,
whose shared commitment to serving others extends far beyond real estate. Before
beginning his real estate career in 2016, Shawn proudly served 12 years in the
United States Army Reserve, nine years in law enforcement, and five years as a
SWAT team member. His background instilled the values of leadership, discipline,
integrity, and service that continue to guide his approach to real estate today.
Shawn quickly established himself in the industry, earning Rookie Agent of the
Year recognition in 2017. His dedication to his clients, strong negotiation
skills, and extensive market knowledge helped lay the foundation for what would
become CENTURY 21 Rocket City. Misty brings an equally passionate commitment to
helping others. With a professional background in nursing, she transitioned into
real estate during the COVID-19 pandemic, seeking greater flexibility to spend
time with their three children while continuing to make a meaningful difference
in people's lives.
Her background in healthcare, combined with her experience in real estate
leadership, brings a unique perspective to the brokerage. Misty understands the
importance of listening, advocating for others, communicating clearly, and
guiding people through some of life's most important decisions. Together, Shawn
and Misty have built a brokerage grounded in family values, professional
excellence, and a genuine desire to see others succeed.
