Seller reviewEric was incredibly helpful in helping my parents sell their condo in Torrance. He was able to walk them through an unfamilliar process, work through significant challenges with the HOA, and understood how to solve problems. Even though I was more than a thousand miles away, helping mom and dad, I found him easy to reach and communicate with. We all agreed that Eric Rook would be someone that we'd work with again in the future.
