Seller reviewEric was absolutely the best agent we could have chosen, he always made us feel as though a friend had dropped by to chat when he came with either good or bad news. Many problems arose during the sale and Eric knew exactly how to handle even the most troubling ones. We were happy to be able to leave everything to him and know we were in good hands. Even after the sale was final and we were in our new home, Eric remained available to pick up odds and ends that we had left undone. We would certainly recommend him to anyone considering the sale or purchase of a new home.

Seller reviewEric did an amazing job for my sale. From initial listing, publication, inspections/appraisals, a 4 hour open house and submittal of all offers the next day. Six offers were submitted with the one selected being fully responsive to all our conditions and well above the listed price. Escrow opened the following day. All that in 5 days. However, due to buyer issues, seller issues and title issues, escrow soon became the most challenging in Eric's career. Each of the problems was handled in a most professional manner gaining the respect and trust of all. There are few if any that could have seen the sale through to a successful conclusion the way he did. His personal attention and true concern were key to making this deal happen. Eric has my complete confidence and I strongly recommend that you fully consider Eric for any of your South Bay real estate needs.
