Seller reviewMy wife and I selected Eric Rook because of his in-depth knowledge of Cooperative apartments. Eric lives in the same cooperative apartment association as my wife and I, and we have a long-term friendship from being neighbors. We also know that Eric has listed and sold many apartment units in our complex. Eric was exceptional with his holding an open house for our property on almost every weekend. Eric made it known that we could contact him at anytime if we had questions or concerns. Eric was very accommodating by always meeting us at our home vs. having to go into his office for signing contracts, escrow documents, etc. We highly recommend Eric for all of your real estate needs.

Seller reviewEric Rook lives in the same complex that parents lived in and on many occassions helped my parents with what I considered to be significant acts of help. Checking in on them, getting their mail for them were just two of many things that Eric did for my parents. Because of Eric's caring and helpful spirit, it was a no brainer on selecting him as our agent to sell the property after my parents passed. I knew I could trust Eric to act in our best interest and the service Eric provided was exceptional. His advice and suggestions were right on the money. Eric went over and above that which most would consider the reasonable expections of an agent. He always displayed an optimistic and positive attitude throughout the process. The final amount we recieved from the sale of the property exceeded our expectations. I would give Eric a 1000 star rating for his services. We will always highly recommend Eric to anybody looking to sell or buy property. Eric is a superb person and very professional. Eric truly represents the clients best interest as his priority.
