Seller reviewWe four brothers dealt with the passing of our mother and liquidating the family trust. A trusted family friend recommended Eric Rook for the listing of the Redondo Beach Condo. One short phone conversation with Eric convinced me that he has the "Right Stuff". Eric began the process immediately and patiently. Eric went way beyond his job to help relocate our brother that had been living with our mother as a caretaker. The relocation provided some great challenges for Eric, who patiently guided our brother through it all. Eric showed the care and concern of a saint. During the sale process, all vendors recommended by Eric were used and were excellent. Eric dealt 100% with the HOA and management, I never had to make a call to them. Eric also ran around taking care of issues and tasks that a client would normally have to take care of (Keys, Mail, small supplies, too many to list!). We didn't have to lift a finger the whole time! Eric's concern, focus, care and personality are genuine, nothing fake about him at all. He is exceptional, simply the BEST! And I'm a very particular and meticulous person. Buyer reviewEric Rook is the kind of agent you want to spent hours looking for a house. Someone to trust, with knowledge and friendly. He will tell you the truth about the property and not what you want to hear. He will listen to you and your needs and will help you find the right house. We wanted someone to advise us about the things we can miss or hidden defects, and he pointed all to us and let us decide. He is not going to sell you the house he wants, he will sell you the house you want and need. All with chuckles and fun. Best agent in the area for sure.

Eric is always available to listen to any concerns and offers helpful suggestions. We were pleasantly surprised to have our property sell very quickly, and at full asking price. Eric is a true professional but also very personable and friendly. As with any sale or buying of property, there were a few small hiccups along the way, but Eric was readily available to guide us through any issues.
