Seller reviewThis was the fourth sale that Roslyn Gauntt brokered for my family. It was also the least typical, in that it was an older property in poor physical condition. She researched the market to set an aggressive opening price, but was quick to adjust it based on market feedback. When a prospective purchaser came forward, she stayed with it and pressed ahead to closing. This was not the type of property that Roslyn usually brokered, but she gave it her full attention all the way to closing. I am very satisfied, and would recommend Roslyn to any potential seller.
