Well this one doesn't look worse than the photos, if anything it might be a little better than the pics make it look. Let's start with the ugly then move to the bad and finally the good. There is finish flooring missing in the dining room. Total area is approximately 170 square feet and the subfloor is there and solid. So that repair just entails 170 square feet of whatever kind of flooring you like. The house could obviously take a fresh coat of paint inside. There is minimal prep work for paint and it really is just a plain two coats of good paint type of project. The deck needs stain and cleaned up. The siding in a few spots needs pain touched up.
