This house will make all your friends jealous! It’s pretty, and pretty much all new! The major renovations started back in 2020 when the house was connected to the new public water infrastructure and a new hot water heater was installed. Once those expenses were paid it was time for new A/C in 2022. But what good is an efficient HVAC system with old windows? So, new energy efficient windows and sliding glass door were installed the same year. The next year the roof was replaced, and a new garage door opener was installed the same year, too. And just before Helene let herself in through the back door both bathrooms had been remodeled with big and bold tile shower surrounds, rain head and handheld faucets in each shower with a sliding glass door in the ensuite and a tub/shower combo in the guest bath.
