One of the very few lake front lots left on Bevins Lake. This lake is a private spring fed all sports lake. The wonderful thing about Bevins Lake is that it has protected wetlands which require a raised dock and provides natural wildlife to view while sitting on your back deck sipping on your coffee in the morning sun rising over the lake.
