As an Indianapolis native and Carmel resident of 24 years, I know what makes our community special and love to share it with others! With 11+ years in real estate and over 250 home sales, I've expertly guided sellers and buyers through today's competitive market, earning Century 21's top level sales award.
Prior to real estate, I spent 15 years in marketing and project management. I graduated from Indiana University and built a career in publishing. My husband and I raised our two children in Carmel, experiencing the excellent public school system and active community first-hand. Home design is a passion, and I enjoy creating art, hiking, working out, and I always have a book on the nightstand.

Seller reviewOur second experience with Alicia was so great it's hard to know where to start. We went from casual lookers to serious buyers very quickly, and Alicia did a great job rolling with it. She was VERY knowledgeable about the Carmel area and helped us choose a great home. We had an incredibly interesting buying situation with the sellers being located out of country and Alicia guided us every step of the way for a smooth closing (a week ahead of schedule). She has a great personality and a great temperament. She kept us on top of things in a way that always felt comfortable. It's obvious to us she really cares about us and our family, and we're not simply clients to her. The buying experience was only overshadowed by the selling experience. She helped us stage and market our home to get above top dollar for our neighborhood....in less than 24 hours. She helped us get quality, trustworthy contractors lined up to make repairs, and helped us hit our closing date, despite some delays from the buyers. She was direct, realistic (but still optimistic), knowledgeable, tough when she needed to be, and made both our buying and selling experience a dream. We couldn't be more happy that we chose to work with Alicia again, and will be recommending her whenever we hear of friends who are looking to buy or sell.

Buyer reviewMy husband and I worked with Alicia to purchase a home in Carmel. As there was a low inventory this summer, it was definitely a seller's market. Houses were selling so quickly. Someone even told me you only have 5 seconds to decide to buy a house in Carmel! Because of this, and the time limit we had, it would have been very stressful if we didn't have Alicia's help. Alicia is friendly but serious, optimistic but careful, funny but wise, sweet but to the point, a good listener but a great negotiator, and finally, she is busy but always managed to meet with us! When making an offer and counter offer, Alicia was above and beyond our thinking and knowledge and gave us great advice, and because of that, we could purchase the house we thought we couldn't afford in the perfect timing. Without her help, we couldn't be in this great neighborhood in Carmel. We strongly recommend Alicia.
