I was an outsider to Alaska with an estate sale to undertake with limited time in Alaska and then flying back to east coast. Allison fully understood my needs, was profoundly professional, fun, considerate and caring, and goes out of her way to help in any way (offering to help move items with her personal truck, last minute meeting at a restaurant, driving me to where I needed to go when I didn't have wheels, etc etc) and helping find a local landscaper to help out with yard needs and managing the HOA for me! Allison went far above and beyond the call of duty! She was very communicative in every aspect of the sale, in texts or calls always open to questions if I had one, provided sound advice and looked out for the best interest of me, her client. If you are looking to buy or sell in Alaska, you want Allison by your side. She is awesome!!!
