Personal Profile
I was born and raised in Southern Maryland, which provides me with a great knowledge of the area and local market. I currently reside in Charles County with my husband and son. I have an extensive background in the customer service industry and strive to provide my clients with excellent service throughout the transaction. One of the reasons I decided to become a real estate agent was because of the joy it brings to people. I have personally experienced buying, selling, and building a home. I understand the stress that may come along with the process, and it is my desire to remove that stress and make it an enjoyable, smooth process. She helped me decide what was necessary to get the house ready to sell. She set a reasonable price for the market and stuck with me through the ups and downs of a home sale. Her professionalism and dedication got us through some last minute requirements from the buyer's lender and we were able to settle on time! Seller reviewAmanda was on it from the moment we met. The property belonged to my mother who had moved to assissted living and I wanted it sold to pay for her monthly fees. She came right over and was very realistic about the prospects of an estate sale vs just clearing it out and donating items or giving them to relatives. There was a lot of "stuff." Amanda Dixon Nash had a dumpster delivered immediately and we filled it and 2 more quickly. She helped to find some short term help to carry the heavier stuff to the dumpsters. She kept the process moving to the goal of emptying and cleaning the property; fixing some cosmetic issues; staging the property; and obtaining the necessary tests. Amanda Dixon Nash communicated every step of the way and quickly moved on to pricing and setting up an open house. As soon as we had found a buyer she helped me to fill out and sign the necessary paperwork. She kept the process moving quickly. This was a painless experience thanks to Amanda's expertise!
