If you months back I considered selling my house but did not know who to use as an agent, and I was even thinking about selling it myself until Bob was highly recommended by a good friend of mine. Throughout the entire process Bob was easily assessable, informative, and always kept me in the loop of things. He made the entire process easy and comfortable to deal with Bob put me first which is very rare and is hard to find given such a huge market in Atlanta. I would highly recommend him and definitely use him again.

Bob was the agent who helped us to sell our previous location....there was no way that I was going to purchase a new location without him! I cannot say enough about Bob. Excellent is below how I would describe his performance...it was more like outstanding!! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone! Bob was involved with every aspect of our purchase making recommendations and giving us advice along the way. Once again, I cannot say enough about our experience with Bob. As far as my husband and I are concerned, he was a God send in our lives. His help with the sale of our old house and the purchase of the new one made both processes very easy for us. His knowledge, expertise, and professionalism were much appreciated....plus that smile of his always made my day!!

Bob Clarkson started out as our agent and has now become our friend. The knowledge, professionalism, and work effort that he displayed was exceptional!! We have no complaints about the process of selling our house. I would highly recommend Bob to anyone selling or buying a house. We found Bob to be outstanding as an agent as well as a person. Bob is a great realtor. I have used many realtors in my life as I have sold about 7 homes in the last 35 years. Bob Clarkston is by far the best realtor I have ever used. he really listens, is very involved, and in really on top of things. I would highly recommend Bob! Great job! Very quickly sold my home after it being on the market with another agent for over 9 months. Very knowledgeable, listens and gets involved. Best agent ever. I have recommended him to many people so far. Bob was awesome realtor
