Seller reviewBob Clarkson and Shari Sautner were wonderful to work with. Both were extremely responsive, polite, honest and patient. Our purchase and sale was quite tricky and stressful for all involved however, both Shari and Bob were able to get us where we needed to be, quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them and use them again should we ever need to purchase or sale in the future.

Seller reviewBob was very persistent and patient. His tone of voice on our first phone call warmed me up to him, even though I had already selected the 3 agents I planned to interview. But Bob was able to overcome my objections without making me feel pressured. He asked the right questions and was a great listener. I was so impressed with his phone skills, I thought that maybe he would be this good with potential buyers as well. And he was! Absolutely top-notch young man. It was a pleasure working with him and getting to know him. We were so impressed with his work ethic and drive to succeed.
