I first met Bob Guillery at a church function. He was one of the gentlemen serving at the event. I approached him to make an inquiry about resources available related to the event. Not only did he offer to find out if the information was available, but he went out of his way to obtain the item and contact me to tell me he had found and secured it! I did not forget what Bob did, or the demonstration of personal character and caring he exhibited.
A few months later, my mother died. When the time came to put her home up for sale, I thought of Mr. Guillary ( when I met him a few months earlier to pick up from him the item he had for me, we met at a Century 21 office). I called Bob, and inquired if he was a Realtor. He said, " Yes". I knew then I had the agent I wanted!
Bob did not disappoint. He was "right on" on pricing the home, gathering research of similar homes in he area and providing me a professional presentation within only a few days of our first day working together. I took me longer to empty the house, clean and do minor repairs than it did for Him to list, show, and coordinate a sale at my asking price.
I have already and will continue to recommend Bob Guillery as a knowledgeable professional, exhibiting high moral and ethical character. With Bob, I felt that I was his top priority, and he always treated me with nothing but respect. If you want someone who has excellent communication and people skills, Mr. Guillery is a top choice!
