With a diverse and accomplished career spanning multiple industries, I bring a unique combination of expertise, leadership, and dedication to my role as the Broker/Owner of Century 21 Middleton.

I began my professional journey with eight years in law enforcement, cultivating discipline, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to serving others. Transitioning to telecommunications, I joined Southwestern Bell Telephone in Lubbock, Texas, where I helped businesses set up services and equipment tailored to their needs. My career progressed as I became a regional sales representative, then advanced to regional sales director and national account manager for a telecommunications equipment company, honing my leadership and strategic planning abilities.

In 2009, I decided to follow my passion for real estate after attending a career night with Century 21. After earning my real estate license, I worked with Century 21 for two years before being hired as a Sales Manager at VIP Realty in San Antonio. Over five years, I developed and led successful teams before joining Texas Premier Realty. There, I launched and ran The Middleton Group, deliveringexceptional service to clients across Texas.

In 2019, after obtaining my Broker's License, I founded Middleton Group Realty at the request of Veterans United Realty, focusing on providing unparalleled service to Texans and veterans with a tradition of trust. Continuing to expand, in 2022, we established Middleton Realty in Stone County, Arkansas, to serve clients in both Texas and Arkansas.

In 2025, Michelle and I decided to enhance our business further by joining the Century 21 Network, forming Century 21 Middleton. While the name has changed, our commitment remains the same-offering excellent service, educating and empowering our agents, and maintaining a tradition of trust for Texans, Arkansans, veterans, and beyond.
