Buyer reviewIt was my first time selecting an agent to purchase a home. It was very important that I chose one that made me feel at ease and was easy to talk with. Also I was looking to find one that would always be there when I had a question. Brandy filled that card upon our first phone chat. Brandy was always on the ball. If he did not have the answer to questions regarding the above, he went out and found them and got back to me as soon as possible. Really can not say enough about Brandy Mcdonald. The first night I talked to him he had said, I'm here no matter the time of day or night. We were discussing some of the houses for sale that night and I looked at the clock and it was well after midnight. If anything Brandy needs to get more sleep! He truly is a workhorse and it is more then obvious he has a passion for his job and a deep caring for his clients happiness. Really nothing I can add that I have not previously said in the survey. Brandy in my opinion did an outstanding job. He made this first time home buyer feel quite at ease. It was far less stressful then it could have been.

He touched base on several occasions to see if we had any questions and if there was anything he could do to help with the process. Would highly recommend him and Century 21 The One with any future real estate sales or purchases.

Buyer reviewIn an extremely hot sellers' market, Brandy went above and beyond. We gave him a list of "must-haves" and "nice-to-haves" and he set up showings on listings he thought would work for us as soon as they hit the MLS. Having an agent who listens and you trust, and who is motivated and understood that the laid back, easy North Country real estate standards of doing business were no longer applicable when homes are under contract in a matter of hours, was invaluable and key to getting the house we wanted.
