We gave him a list of "must-haves" and "nice-to-haves" and he set up showings on listings he thought would work for us as soon as they hit the MLS. Having an agent who listens and you trust, and who is motivated and understood that the laid back, easy North Country real estate standards of doing business were no longer applicable when homes are under contract in a matter of hours, was invaluable and key to getting the house we wanted.
