Carla is the best experience I have had with a realtor. Very detail oriented. Doesn't try to make a house work for you just to make the sale. Really cares about what she does and it shows!

Carla is one of the most honest and hard working people I know. She did a wonderful job in guiding us on what to expect during each process of our sale. She was very helpful in pricing and looking out for things that needed to be done before we put the house on the market. I would use Carla with any other real estate matters I have in the future! This was our third transaction with Carla(bought twice and sold once) and we were not disappointed throughout every process. We have referred several friends and family to her and they were equally as pleased with having her and couldn't stop thanking us for the referral. What made Carla Janikowski special to us was her eagerness to help us find the right house for us. We would see a house we thought we would like and she would help pinpoint issues that wouldn't pass an inspection or would be an issue later on (asbestos, cracked foundation in a basement, neighboring sex offenders, etc) that we otherwise wouldn't have known about. Carla has never made us feel like she was just trying to make a quick sell or money and rush us. She always took the time to make sure we were making the best decision for our family. It felt as though one of our own parents was helping us buy a house and not a realtor. We have formed a friendship from our dealings with Carla and we are grateful for her. When we bought our first home in March 2018, she actually brought us a pumpkin pie a few days before Thanksgiving and checked up on us. She came to our wedding the following year and brought us a gift for our newborn son. It may not seem like much but to us it seems like if she wasn't a genuinely honest person she wouldn't care about forming those friendships or checking on you. She far exceeded our expectations, as well as all the other families we referred Carla to. Carla Janikowski will always be who we refer our people too and the ONLY person we will go to for our own realty needs!
