With over 18 years of experience in the medical field, I've built a career rooted in compassion, trust, and attentive service. My background at Columbus Regional Hospital and most recently at Southern Indiana Orthopedics has taught me the importance of truly listening to people's needs-skills I now bring to every real estate transaction. Since beginning my real estate career in 2016, I've been dedicated to delivering that same level of care and personal attention to my clients as they navigate one of life's biggest decisions: buying or selling a home.

I moved to Columbus in 1994 with my husband, Larry, and our two children, Courtnie and Michael. We've made countless memories in this wonderful community and have enjoyed being involved in local events and activities over the years. Outside of real estate, I'm a passionate football and basketball fan and love cheering on my favorite teams.

Seller reviewCarla promptly had a great photographer come and take pictures and produce a video for further advertisement outside of Columbus. She was also great coordinating Open houses before and after each holiday season to get the best potential buyers to walk thru the house. Buyer reviewCarla was very helpful. Being a our first home we had a lot of questions. She always made sure they were answered or found out the answer. She also helped us a ton with the lender. Helping us get questions answered or helping us stay in contact with them. Everyone was very nice and polite. We also greatly appreciated them understanding that we had to have kids with us. We don't have much help with them, so this was a big thing for us. Again, we really appreciate everyone understanding and being patient with them.
