As an experienced former financial manager(Controller/CFO) of various multi-million dollar corporations and a one-time partner in a mortgage broker/banker company, Carlos provides added value services to the needs of his homebuyers and sellers. As a licensed RE associate broker in NY and a licensed RE salesperson in NJ, he loves meeting and working with different types of people with a full spectrum of personalities. Carlos is dedicated to finding people not only the right house, but the right home. Like his own home, he wants his clients to have the feeling that only the comfort of home could bring. He is also a self-proclaimed "foodie". It was his fascination with the most important section of the house (the kitchen) that led him to take a course in culinary arts where he acquired skills and techniques in preparing French and various international cuisines much to the delight of his family, friends and colleagues. A long-time resident of Rockland, he witnessed the growth and progress of the county. He is an active member of the community, a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.
